Britain’s NAUGHTIEST pets in action! Amazing scenes mischievous mutts in canine carnage
IT can really be a dog’s life owning a pooch as these havoc-wreaked scenes of Britain’s Naughtiest Pets at work reveal…
Despondent dog lovers have put their mischievous mutts to shame by showcasing the incredible devastation their animals get up to when backs are turned.
Spilling paint over new carpets, chewing the curtains and digging up the garden are just some of the destructive acts much-loved pets have unleashed on their homes.
Scenes of such dogged vandalism are now being unfurled with the naming of Britain’s Naughtiest Pet 2018 — Mishka the husky.
Mishka certainly played a blinder at owner Sam Smith’s home in Wigan by decimating a brand new set of blinds as witnessed in this canine calamity.
Ms Smith’s photograph of the blinds left broken and hanging from the window frame certainly impressed the public who voted her playful pup the nation’s worst behaved pet.
Anyone who owns a pet will know that they are not just companions, they are a part of the family.
The competition, run by Direct Blinds, asked pet owners to upload a picture of the damage inflicted by their animals along with a short description of the horror scenes they had created.
David Roebuck, managing director at Direct Blinds, was overwhelmed by the response.
He said: “With the search for ‘Britain’s Naughtiest Pet’ we hoped to find the most mischievous pets in the country and, more importantly, reward the long-suffering owners of such cheeky animals.
“Anyone who owns a pet will know that they are not just companions, they are a part of the family.
"But, like any family member, there is always the potential for frustration, especially when damage to property is involved.”
Fittingly, Mishka the husky’s owner not only won a set of made-to-measure blinds but also £500 worth of high street shopping vouchers just in case there is a need for future repairs or replacements.
