The Saturdays singer and Strictly runner-up Frankie Bridge, 28, shares her beauty tips
Which beauty products do you swear by?
I use Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 Age Defying Moisturiser.
I’m only 28, but I do think you have to think about aging early. Oral B White Luxe Pearl Shine Toothpaste is great, too, and
I use Pantene shampoo and conditioner. I have quite flat hair, so I add some Oribe Dry Texturising Spray to give it a little bit of a lift.
Do you wear make-up every day?
When I’m not working, I don’t wear much make-up at all, to give my skin a break. I use a rose-water spray on my skin each day, though.
Do you have any top beauty tips?
SPF is a massive thing now and prevention is better than cure. My mum also drilled into me from a young age to take my make-up off before I go to bed.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
I never used to understand the fuss over chocolate, but now I can’t go a day without it. Kinder chocolate is absolutely delicious.
Which women do you think are beautiful?
Jessica Alba. She’s a mumand when she’s out in everyday life, she is casual but cool. She has natural skin and looks great.
What is your signature fragrance?
Bvlgari Omnia. I like fresh, not heavy, smells because I easily get headaches and feel sick from perfumes.

How do you pamper yourself?
Being a mum, it’s nice to have a bath without a child coming in and wanting your attention. I’ll apply a hair mask and have a long soak whenever I get the chance. The only time I get to do that is when they are at nursery or when they are asleep!
Frankie is supporting the Superdrug and P&G FeelSuper campaign, which has raised enough money over the last two years for Marie Curie to fund 18,000 hours of care for terminally ill patients and their families.
From April 5 to May 2, each time you buy selected P&G products from Superdrug, P&G will make a donation to Marie Curie.
