Alison Hammond's £119 Karen Millen dress is on sale and now it's just £60
This Morning presenter Alison Hammond is known for her chic yet approachable style, often opting for pieces from high street labels. Back in February, she stepped out in a knitted dress that her stylist, Rachael Hughes, later confirmed was from Karen Millen. While the exact purple shade Alison wore has since sold out, the dress remains available in a very similar burgundy tone – and even better, it’s currently reduced to half price.
Originally priced at £119, the dress is now just £60. It’s available in most sizes, ranging from extra small to large (with medium currently sold out). It also comes in two additional colours – navy and olive – which are included in the sale.
Even more appealing, these shades come with even better discounts. The navy version is reduced by 60%, bringing it down from £129 to just £52.
The olive option is discounted further, with 65% off, dropping from £129 to £45. However, availability is limited in this shade, with only extra small sizes left in stock.
The dress itself features a refined, elegant silhouette, complete with a draped neckline and batwing sleeves that create a sense of movement and visual interest. Falling to a midi length, it’s crafted from a ribbed knit fabric with a wool-like finish, giving it a premium feel.
As a long-sleeve knit, it’s likely best suited for cooler days or tucked away until autumn rolls around. Still, the current sale makes it an ideal opportunity to get ahead on your autumn wardrobe while adding a designer label to your collection at a fraction of the cost.
Its versatility is another strong point—it can easily transition from office wear to more formal occasions, depending on how it’s styled. Alison’s stylist paired it with pointed black heels, though it would look just as good with ballet flats or ankle boots for a more relaxed outfit.

Alison wore this polka dot dress from Monsoon a few months ago, and fans were quick to comment on how pretty it is.
The vintage-inspired dress features a flattering empire waist and a floaty midi skirt. It also features playful touches, such as a collared neckline and puffy sleeves, with a flirty polka-dot print throughout.
What makes it stand out, though, is a row of embellished, flower-shaped buttons down the front, adding a bit of subtle sparkle to the otherwise demure design.
Alison's recent dress, from Next, comes in regular and petite lengths. The dress also comes in sizes 6 through 22; however, if you like it, you'll need to be quick because it's already selling out in some sizes, and Next hasn't said whether it will be restocked.
