Countess of Wessex gives style advice for tree planting
Sophie Countess of Wessex looked the part today as she attended the Order of the Garter service today.
She was photographed with Kate Middleton, Camilla Parker Bowles as well as Queen Letizia of Spain and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.
The women were gathered to watch the service, which has existed since the reign of King Edward III almost 700 years ago.
The Order is the oldest order of knights in the UK.

Today these knights are chosen from all over the UK and are men and women recognised for their service to the British public.
For the occasion Sophie wore a full circle skirt in a summer coral colour.
On her top half she wore a white top with a bow tied at the waist.
She clutched a pink and brown back and wore nude patent heels.
On her head she wore a large raffia hat with coral feathers, matching her skirt, which pearl earrings hung from her ears.
Prince Edward did not attend the ceremony with his wife, but was at the event among the other royals behind honoured.
This group also includes Prince William, Princess Anne and Prince Andrew.
King Felipe of Spain was also honoured, as was King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.
Their wives attended the service with Sophie and Kate Middleton.
Queen Letizia of Spain wore the black and white Didi dress, £250, by Cherubina.
She also wore an enormous diamond brooch, leaving many guessing at how much it might be worth.
Queen Maxima wore a blush pink coat dress with cape sleeves and a wife belt.
Kate Middleton wore a monochrome outfit, with a pair of historic royal earrings.
The earrings are part of the set which includes the famous Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara. Princess Diana wore these earrings for her wedding day to Prince Charles.
The Duchess wore a white and black look, in a coat with a Peter Pan collar.
The dress is the “Liza“ coat dress from Catherine Walker, a favourite brand of Her Royal Highness.
