BBC One will broadcast the song contest live from Kiev at 8pm BST (9pm CEST).
Hosting duties will be provided by Graham Norton who took over from the late Terry Wogan in 2009.
The last two semi-finals were aired on BBC Four with Mel Giedroyc and Scott Mills as hosts and can be found on the BBC iPlayer.
Italian singer Francessco Gabani is the strong favourite this year and is predicted to win with Betfair odds of 6/4.
Francessco who will dance tonight on stage with a gorilla, has proven to be popular with internet audiences.
Coming in behind him with a likely second place is 27-year-old Portuguese singer Salvador Sobral with his gentle ballad Amar Pelos Dois.
The UK’s very own Lucie Jones is predicted to win fifth place with Betfair odds of 40/1.
In a Eurovision preview, Betfair’s Kevin Hatchard said: “There's a right load of pap around Lucie in the running order, so she has a great opportunity to make her song stand out.
“In a previous column, I backed the UK to finish Top 15 at 7/5, and that price has now shortened to 1/2.
“Given the UK's recent record, I feel like Top 10 would be a huge achievement, and if you're feeling patriotic you can back that eventuality at 5/4.”
