For those looking to invest in a VR headset and have been waiting for a good deal, the Meta Quest 3 has just fallen to the lowest ever price.

Amazon has cut the price of the device to the lowest ever to £419 - down from the usual £619.99 that the device originally retailed at. According to price history checker CamelCamelCamel, this is the cheapest price it has ever been sold for, making it a great time to buy for gamers.

The Meta Quest 3 offers next-level performance with more than double the graphic processing power of Quest 2, with the ability to play games, watch movies and more. Buyers can enjoy life-like games and detailed scenery with the Quest 3.

VR fans can also enjoy enhanced sound clarity and an audio range that's 40% louder than Quest 2 so all their favourite apps become more immersive. Buyers can also stream films by creating the ultimate home cinema within their headset or play games backed by a soundtrack of booming bass that brings them straight into the action.

Alternatively, Argos is selling the Meta Quest 3s for £289.99 for those who want a cheaper alternative that's scaled back from the Quest 3. There's also the PICO 4 Ultra for slightly more at £429 on Currys.

There's also amazing feedback from buyers with more than 1000 five-star reviews. One reviewer said: "The Meta Quest 3 128GB is, without a doubt, the perfect VR headset on the market right now. From the moment I put it on, I was impressed by the crystal-clear visuals and the high-quality build.

"The display resolution and refresh rate make the VR experience incredibly immersive, with no noticeable lag or screen door effect, making every game look stunningly real."
