Broadband companies seem to be having a fire sale when it comes to internet packages - and Hyperoptic might have an offer that you'll want to jump on if you've been looking for a deal.

The broadband company, taking on the likes of EE and Sky, has launched a new offer where you can get a £50 gift card with their cheap broadband packages. Hyperoptic has even cut the price of its superfast internet speeds for a limited time.

Starting at £17 a month for 150mb/s download speeds, you will get a £50 gift card that you can use on Amazon, John Lewis or M&S after you take out a 24 month contract. In order to get the deal and the gift card, make sure you use the code HYPERSAVING when you check out.

But if you're a gamer or you have a household that always downloads and stream, you might want to get speeds of more than 500mb/s. The good news is Hyperoptic has lowered its fastest speeds as well including 500mb/s for £25 a month and 1gb for £30 which might be some of the best prices on the market.

The only annoying thing is that not everyone will be able to get Hyperoptic and it depends on the area that you live in. You can check if your postcode can get the service right here.

Hyperoptic is giving people the chance to get cheaper broadband and a £50 gift card when they decide to take out a 24-month package.

You can get 150mb/s speeds for just £17.99 a month or if you want superfast speeds, you can get 1gb internet for £30.

Hyperoptic also offers shorter broadband contracts if you don't want to tie yourself down for 24 months. The only problem is that you won't be able to get the gift card and you'll be forced to pay extra per month but it might be super useful if you plan to move home anytime soon.

After the end of the 24-month contract, you'll be forced to pay a lot more for your broadband so you might want to consider looking somewhere else to get a cheaper price - or haggle with Hyperoptic to get your bill down.

You'll get a free Hyperhub router when you sign up and you don't even need a phone line installed but there are options for you to include a phone line if you need one.

But if you want to shop around, there are some other great broadband deals. Gigaclear currently has an offer on which includes 900mb/s for just £29 a month.
