Amazon Echo's best feature may be available on your next TV
AMAZON Echo's best feature will be available on Samsung's next-generation of QLED televisions, the South Korean tech giant has announced at CES 2019.
Amazon Echo is the retail behemoth's smart speaker that is incredibly popular.
The product comes in a number of variants that vary in price, design and audio quality.
Echo Dot is the most affordable device from the firm and is currently on sale for just £29.99.
However, it is worth noting the hardware is currently out of stock until February 21.

The standard Amazon Echo offers a great compromise of affordability, good audio quality and a contemporary design while the more premium Echo Plus attempts to deliver even better sound for a higher price.
All Amazon Echo products have the firm's Alexa smart speaker built-in, meaning each is capable of performing a manner of tasks and answering questions.
Alexa is by far the best feature of all Echo devices and is now compatible with future Samsung televisions, offering even greater functionality for fans.
Amazon Echo Dot preview: Smart speaker debuts new design
At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), an annual technology exhibition in Las Vegas, Samsung announced its new QLED panels would support both Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant.
The South Korean tech giant stated both virtual helpers would be capable of carrying out tasks such as turning the television on and off, controlling volume, switching inputs and more.
However, the biggest caveat with the functionality is that neither the Google or Amazon assistant are built-in to the television itself.
Instead, customers already need to own an Echo device or a Google Home product to take advantage of the smart features.
Once either Amazon or Google hardware has been connected to a new Samsung QLED panel, commands can be issued.
Samsung has opted to make Bixby its only built-in assistant for its new panels and features more nuanced functionality than either Alexa or Google's offering.
That means Bixby is the only helper that can be summoned using a remote for a new Samsung television.
Although it has been confirmed both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa support will arrive for new Samsung panels, the firm has not discussed whether an update will arrive for older units to bring such functionality.
