Is your partner doing THIS? They're probably 'micro-cheating' on you
MICRO-CHEATING is the relationship phenomenon you haven’t heard of - but you or your partner is probably doing it right now.
It was once the case that a kiss or sexual contact with someone that wasn’t your partner constituted cheating.
Now, a slew of other offences can land you in the dog house.
The activities that a man can commit that count as micro-cheating include giving a waitress a large tip because she is attractive, or asking a female friend for advice in something he could look up on the internet.
Sending a woman a link to an article about sex is also a form of micro-cheating, as is going out of his way to tell a woman he met that she seems to be “doing well”.
Your spouse could be micro-cheating without you even realising
Texting “good morning” to someone just to say good morning is also classed as micro-cheating.
The list was written by writer Melanie Berliet - and has received a lot of attention online.
While these misdeamenors might seem silly and innocuous, there are things on the list that would make any sane woman feel a twinge of doubt.
These include your man saving another woman in his phone under a code name you don’t recognise, reaching out to his ex on a special day like their anniversary, or asking his girlfriend to wear the same clothes as another woman he knows.

Although the term has recently sprung back into every day dialect, the phrase has been around for a few years.
Alternative dictionary website Urban Dictionary defined the term in 2008 as: “When someone cheats on a partner, but just a little bit. Like copping a feel or kissing.”
Twitter users took to the social media site, mainly to mock the new trend.
One wrote: “Apparently micro cheating is a thing now. How can people be so insecure?? So silly…”
Another said: “Are they also certifiably insane?”

One, however, seemed to understand the plight: “It's cheating. Emotionally, it's cheating. Not ‘micro-cheating’,”
The chances your partner is currently cheating on you have been revealed.
Unsurprisingly your boyfriend is far more likely to be sleeping around behind your back than your girlfriend.
A study by YouGov found that one in five of us is cheating on a partner right now.
And this seems to be a habit more common in the younger generation. Twenty-one per cent of 18 to 29-year-olds have cheated on their partners, while 17 per cent of 30 to 44-year-olds have cheated.
