Heated airers have increased in popularity over the years, with them not only being useful for households who don't own a tumble dryer, they can also be considerably cheaper to run, helping families save money on their bills. Dunelm is selling the perfect one that has ample room for your washing and will get it dry spick and span while also heating up the room.

One of the big positives of the Three Tier Heated Airer is the retailer says it costs approximately 7p an hour to run, helping families as the cost of living crisis continues to affect many. The gadget, which costs £95, has 20m drying space and can hold up to 15kg of washing.

The sturdy airer is easy to store in the under stairs cupboard or under a bed thanks to it folding down to a slim shape. Shoppers who have already snapped up the Three Tier Heated Airer are full of praise for it on the Dunelm website.

One happy customer rated it five stars and said: "Bought due to having a new born in the home. As anyone who has children will know, having clean dry clothes in plentiful supply is a must, and this heated airer has been a great addition to our laundry regime. It saves so much time. Fantastic buy."

A second wrote: "Really happy with this dryer, loads of room and space to hang clothes. It has also cut down the amount of ironing we do as there are less creases."

A third commented: "This electric clothes dryer is fab. It fits a whole wash load on, is sturdy, takes up little space and dries the clothes within a couple of hours. I'm really happy with it and would recommend."

One satisfied buyer left a handy tip in their review, as they explained: "I love my heated drier. It has saved me this winter/spring. I find that if you hang a bed sheet over the top, it traps the warm air underneath and dries everything quickly. Don't know where I'd be without it."

Sadly, not everyone was impressed with Dunelm's heated airer, as one shopper said: "It does not dry a full load of washing in a few hours as stated."

You can buy the Three Tier Heated Airer from Dunlelm for £95 here. Alternatively, Amazon is selling a similar BLACK+DECKER 63099 3-Tier Heated Clothes Airer for £109.99.
