Our summer is looking promising this weekend but that means one thing, we have to deal with sleeping in the heat. If you are not ready to upgrade your old mattress, Groupon shoppers have discovered a "game-changing" hack to improve your sleep.

It's the Silentnight Airmax Mattress Topper, which is down from £67.99 to £30, and the thin topper helps enhancing breathability to provide a comfortably refreshing night's sleep. Unlike the usual thick mattress, the mesh sidewall prevents overheating and maximise circulation.

Instead of spending hundreds of pounds on a new mattress, getting a mattress topper can refresh and "rejuvenate" the existing mattress, adding comfort and longevity. It's an easy quick-fix to get you through the night better when the weather gets hot at night.

More than 5,000 customers have claimd the offer on Groupon and got the Silentnight Airmax Mattress Topper with 56% off discount.

A customer said: "Bought this few weeks ago after buying the worst mattress in history felt as if I was sleeping on concrete but this topper has made my bed feel amazing it's so soft and comfy."

Another added: "Since buying my Airmax mattress topper I sleep right through the night, in fact some morning I don't want to get out of bed as I am so comfortable, I am so glad I did not buy a new mattress as I originally was going to. But my Airmax Topper is simply the best and most comfortable."

A third said she stopped waking up with back pain after adding the mattress topper to her old mattress but one two-star shopper was not a fan of it and explained: "At the start it was nice and comfortable and felt cushioned, after 3 days of using it, it's flat as anything and is not comfortable any more, I would go as far as saying not fit for the purpose."

Elsewhere, John Lewis reduced the price on Velfont Temperature Regulating Mattress Topper from £115 to £92 for a single mattress. The smart Outlast cotton that has unique temperature regulating properties to help you sweat less and feel fresher for a more restful sleep.
