Simply place a paper towel inside the container, squirt in some soap, secure the lid and give it a good shake.
Moments later, when you pop the lid off, the grease will have transferred onto the paper towel. The video also demonstrates how to seal a bread bag without a clip and an easy way to prevent a chopping board from sliding around.
