WETHERSPOONS will be reopening more of its pubs for outdoor eating and drinking in England from next week, April 26. The pubs will also be extending their hours, opening for an extra hour in the evenings.

Pubs in Scotland and Wales will be reopening next Monday, April 26, as part of the easing of lockdown restrictions in those countries. At the same time, 44 more Wetherspoons pubs will also be reopening in England.
Wetherspoons will be reopening more pubs across England next week.
The locations of the branches include Loughborough, Liverpool, Morecambe, Reading, London, and more.
The pub chain reopened 394 of its premises in England on Monday, April 12, but decided not to reopen all.
When its other branches reopen next week, Wetherspoons will be extending the hours in all of its pubs.

The pubs will be open from 9am until 10pm from Sunday to Thursday, and from 9am until 11pm from Friday to Saturday.
From next week, Wetherspoons will also be reopening 60 branches in Scotland and 32 in Wales.
Non-essential shops and hairdressers are already open in Wales, but not pubs.

Scotland’s hospitality industry, shops, and gyms are set to re-open in at the same time as pubs next Monday.
Pubs in Northern Ireland are not opening until April 30, and Wetherspoons will reopen three of its branches in the nation.
Customers will be able to order food as well as drinks at the Wetherspoons branches next week, but from a reduced menu.
The chain’s classics, such as its Full English breakfast, fish and chips, and beef burger, will be available, but not its mixed grills and steaks.
Outdoor seating at pubs in England have been open since Monday, April 12, and both customers and staff have had to keep in line with the Government’s coronavirus guidelines.
Customers must wear face coverings when not at their table and stick to social distance measures.
Additionally, they are not permitted to enter a pub except to use the toilet.
Staff are offering table service, but customers can also pay through a free app.
Some pubs and restaurants are currently offering bookings, but Wetherspoons are not.
Customers will instead have to turn up to a branch to check if there are any free tables.
