Princess Charlotte celebrated her fifth birthday on May 2 and several new photos of the royal were released to mark the occasion. Kate, Duchess of Cambridge is a talented photographer and it’s become a tradition for her to share new snaps of her children Prince George, six, Charlotte and Prince Louis, two, on their birthdays.
Ahead of her fifth birthday, Kate photographed Charlotte delivering food parcels to needy members of the community near their country home Anmer Hall.
As well as a sweet picture of Charlotte knocking on a pensioner’s door with a bag of homemade pasta she was also captured looking straight at the camera for a powerful new portrait.
According to a body language expert, Charlotte already shows she has the makings of a true princess.
Energy reader Alison Ward analysed the new photos of Charlotte for Express.co.uk and shared her findings.

The body language expert claimed confident Charlotte exhibits “grace, honour and presence” making her the perfect princess.
Looking at the pictures shared on the Kensington Royal Instagram account, Alison said: ”Princess Charlotte is clearly a girl with a strong presence.
“That first picture says ‘look at me’ not in a showy off way but as if to say ‘this is me, I am strong.’
“She looks relaxed, yet confident in these pics."
“She exudes confidence and true princess qualities of grace, honour and presence.
“The second picture illustrates Charlotte has a warm, nurturing side to her, but don't mess with her.
“Charlotte won't let that happen. She is a strong Taurean bull and won't be moved when she has an opinion...until she is ready to be moved and it's 'her idea'.
“What a blessing to the royal family she is.”
