If you don’t have enough probiotics, you could suffer from digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases and flu.
You can boost your Lactobacillus acidophilus intake by taking supplements, or by eating more fermented foods and yogurt.

“It’s shown to help with a 61 per cent reduction in E. coli, lower cholesterol levels and creation of vitamin K.”
