Gwyneth Paltrow utters infamous words 'I eat what I want', world goes into shock
SHE'S always harping on about health and fitness, but Gwyneth Paltrow has uttered the infamous works 'I eat what I want', shock horror.
Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted nothing's ruled out in the kitchen when it comes to cooking food
My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out
The 42-year-old beauty - who recently consciously uncoupled from her beau Chris Martin - has been telling fans she never rules out a food group.
Speaking to Women's Health, the healthy eating champion admitted: "My routine is the same every weekday. I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work.
"For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I'll have whatever I want. Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes."
She added: "My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out."
There's no mention of a burger slathered with a dripping cheese slice, or a six-pack of donuts, but it's a step in the right direction of stars being honest about what they eat.
Back in 2008, the actress opened up her own lifestyle website called Goop - "where food, shopping, and mindfulness collide."
The health-conscious star is often pictured on her way to the gym
The star admitted she does at least an hour of exercise a day
And she's often interviewed about her stance on health, wellbeing and fitness - with a toned torso on display even personal trainers would be jealous of.
Gwyneth's Women's Health honesty didn't stop at her admitting she eats 'bad food', but also telling fans now - in her 40s - she feels far more confident than she did in her 20s.
She added: "I believe in having sex and I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago!"
The star explained: "I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself."
Whether you believe Gwyneth's protestation of 'I eat everything' or not, you have to hand it to the newly-single mother-of-two for trying to be down with the kids.
