A woman is taking a McDonald's restaurant to court after a woman found a screw inside her Big Mac hamburger.
The woman was biting in the classic Big Mac, hoping for a tasty meal.
However, the poor Austrian woman was shocked when she found the DIY tool in her meal.
Marlene Brunner, 36, who works for an accounting company, visited a McDonald's last May in the city of Wiener Neustadt, just south of the Austrian capital Vienna.
She ordered the Big Mac meal for lunch, but while eating the hamburger she suddenly bit on something hard.

Brunner said: "When I wanted to eat the burger, I bit into a stainless steel screw about 1 centimetre thick in the burger."
Luckily Brunner did not sustain any injuries while biting the screw and did not need to seek a dentist.
The Austrian businesswoman took some pictures to document the case and went to the store manager.
The McDonald's restaurant confirmed the case and said at the time: "Our quality assurance team is already checking the matter and of course it was also reported directly to the insurance company."

The restaurant gave Brunner some coupons to compensate her for her ordeal.
Brunner said: "A staff member apologised very clinically and gave me coupons for two Happy Meals, although I don't have children, two cold drinks and three breakfasts."
Yet local media reported that McDonald's might not get off that easily as the food inspection authority of the state of Lower Austria filed a criminal complaint.
According to a letter from the Office of the State Government of the Department of Food Control the Big Mac is said to have violated food and health safety standards.
Express.co.uk has asked McDonald's for a comment.

The department wrote that the Austrian Agency for Health and Nutrition Safety as well as the Food Inspection and Research department of Vienna filed a complaint about the alleged violation, with the case now being transferred to the district court of Wiener Neustadt.
