PERSONAL trainer and nutritionist, Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach, shows you how to make an easy, nutritious dinner in under 15 minutes
Joe Wicks, otherwise known as The Body Coach, has been helping his one-to-one clients lose weight and shape up for years.
And the fitness guru now has thousands of people following his diet plans and advice, thanks to his #leanin15 and #TeamLean2014 hashtags on Twitter and Instagram.
One of his most popular ideas are his no-nonsense recipes, which are all designed to be cooked in under 15 minutes.
“Being healthy and fit doesn’t have to be complicated and spending hours in the gym every day isn’t necessarily the answer," said Joe. "I get so frustrated when I see these calorie deficit meal plans, weight loss shakes and 'diet' foods. None of it is necessary.
"If you fuel your body properly, with proper food, and exercise effectively, then weight loss actually becomes very easy."
