Mary Berry has shared a plethora of potato recipes throughout her career, including her delicious twice-roasted roast potatoes. However, if you're after something a little quicker, these roasted new potatoes are delicious and so simple to make.
The recipe notes said: “Super crispy and quick to make, these golden potatoes are all cooked in one large roasting tin. This means less washing up and more time enjoying.” This recipe is the perfect side dish for your roast dinner or a midweek meal, such as fish.

Ingredients:
1kg baby new potatoes, each cut into three slices
Two to three tablespoons of olive oil
One large garlic bulb, halved
Three rosemary sprigs, leaves finely chopped
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan before placing the potatoes in a large roasting tin with olive oil and a garlic bulb.
Season well with salt and pepper and toss together.
Roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and crisp, tossing halfway through cooking. Add the chopped rosemary for the last 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt and serve immediately with your dinner.
