Create 'mouth-watering' air fryer roast pork with just 3 ingredients
Revolutionise your next roast dinner with this simple three-ingredient recipe for sumptuous roast pork - and it can all be done in the air fryer

Air fryers continue to help home cooks knock up wonderful plates of food without having to slave away for hours. But did you know they can also help you create sumptuous roast pork which will leave your mouth watering?
Recipe developer and cookbook author Amy Sheppard revealed her take on the classic roast dinner, making the centrepiece of her meal entirely in the air fryer. In a recent TikTok video, Amy explained that she’d long given up cooking roast pork in the oven as it always seemed to lack that crispy crackling. She said: “I love roast pork, it makes such a nice change from having chicken or beef on a Sunday, but I had pretty much given up cooking it in the oven - I could never get that super crispy crackling and the meat was always a bit dry."

“If you love a bit of roast pork too, you have got to try this airfryer method - I promise, you'll never ever go back to the oven.”
What’s even better is that you only need three ingredients to make the perfect roast pork, so there’s no need for fuss.
Amy’s video has already been viewed over 651,400 times, receiving 10,800 likes and 161 comments.
A number of people shared their enthusiasm for the recipe in the comments.
