Wildlife prints make perfect gifts and protect Africa’s endangered species
They are among the most perfect Christmas gifts for wildlife lovers, Art for Rangers' stunning limited edition prints of Africa's majestic creatures will illuminate any wall and all proceeds go to helping protect endangered species and the brave, anti-poaching teams fighting for their survival.
The signed keepsakes come from award-winning filmmaker and National Geographic explorer Beverly Joubert’s private collection and will support Project Ranger, an inspirational initiative set up by her and her husband Dereck Joubert's Great Plains Foundation charity. This strives to preserve and protect Africa’s landscapes, wildlife, and the communities who rely on them and is part of Great Plains eco-tourism and conservation company that offers safari camps in Botswana, Kenya and Zimbabwe.
The impact of Covid, decimating tourist numbers and incomes has put wildlife at even greater risk.
“Dereck and I started to provide critical funding to help save local rangers’ jobs and stop the increasing poaching during the pandemic,” Beverly explains.
“I wanted to also give something in return for everyone’s support, something as a reminder of the fact that we can’t do conservation in isolation in this era of collaboration.”
So far Project Ranger has funded over 130 rangers in seven countries who are on the frontline of conservation and prevent poaching.
For those caring about conservation and wishing to donate to a charitable cause this winter, each original print is available for £186, including international shipping.
All prints are on A3 fine paper (11.8 x 17.7 inches) - larger sizes available for additional costs. Limited to 10 prints per image.
To be sure of receiving for Christmas order by December 15, 2020 from Art for Rangers.
