Berkeley goes through roof
SHARES in Berkeley Group hit a high of 3481p, up 323p, as it forecast a surge in profits to a combined £2billion over three years.

Annual pre-tax profit at the housebuilder, which is focused on London, rose by 42 per cent to £539.7million on 30.8 per cent higher revenue of £2.12billion, as it sold 3,355 new homes at an average price of £575,000.
Pre-eminence as a world city is critical in addressing the capital's housing shortage.
Chairman Tony Pidgley said: "Pre-eminence as a world city is critical in addressing the capital's housing shortage.
"There is no doubt, however, that for business to thrive, we must not be bound by over-regulation."
