IMImobile plans to raise £30m in floatation listing
SOFTWARE specialist IMImobile, which helps businesses to use mobile technology, is to join Aim.
The London-based company is seeking to raise £30million through a listing in the flotation.
It operates in 60 countries and has 650 staff, with clients including 02, Vodafone and British Gas parent Centrica.
Chief executive officer Jay Patel said: “We have been helping our clients take advantage of the structural trends surrounding mobile communications, social networking and cloud computing for a number of years. In that time, we have built a robust technology platform and strong client relationships.
“As a result, we are well placed to deliver sustained long-term revenue and profit growth.”
Sales for the year ending in March 31 last year were £38.5million, leaving the firm with an underlying profit of £6.1million.
