Regional airline Flybe is set for a bumpy ride
REGIONAL airline Flybe hit turbulence as it forecast annual losses despite higher passenger numbers.
The airline said full-year losses would be at the lower end of hopes while revenue would be flat. But the carrier said ticket sales for this summer’s flights are two per cent higher than a year ago.

Broker Oriel Securities expects pre-tax losses of £23million rather than the £17million it previously forecast, saying: “Lacklustre UK GDP growth remains an impediment to a strong recovery for Flybe.”
