This extensive tour is the first time Peter Kay has planned to tour since 2017 when he cancelled his shows outright.He had arranged a 14-month tour that was primed to be extremely successful, but he cancelled it relatively last minute.
Confused fans were given the explanation of "unforeseen family circumstances" as the reason for the disruption. Ticket-holders were given a refund, but the tour was never rescheduled.
