Gorillaz Halleluyah Money video - First new music for 6 years has anti-Trump message
GORILLAZ release the new Halleluyah Money video with Benjamin Clementine and their first music for six years has a powerful anti-Trump message.
Donald Trump's inauguration: What ACTUALLY happens
The band has released the track the day before Donald Trump's inauguration as President of the United States.
Gorillaz virtual member Murdoc added the message on Facebook: "In these dark times, we all need someone to look up to. Me.
"That’s why I’m giving you this new Gorillaz song, a lightning bolt of truth in a black night.
"You’re welcome. Now pi** on! The new album’s not gonna write itself."

Gorillaz new video is anti-Trump
The video is released just as Lord of the Dance Michael Flatley becomes one of the first artist to agree to perform at Trump's inauguration.
Benjamin Clementine provides the vocals on the haunting track. The Mercury Music Prize winner also features in the bizarre video which appears to begin in the gold-plated lobby of Trump Tower.
The lyrics also seem to link these "dark times" with the pending accession of the next leader of the free world.
The songs refers to threats from the Far East and the idea of building walls to keep everyone out, echoing Trump's idea of building a wall on the US border with Mexico..
The lyrics include the words: "Here is our tree that primitively grows,
"When we go to bed, scare crows from the Far a-East come to eat its tender fruits.
"I have thought that the best way to protect our tree is by building walls."

Is the new Gorillaz video anti-Trump?
Fans will also seize on the mention that Murdoc and his pals in the band need to get back to writing the next album.
The band's fourth album, The Fall was released back in 2011.
Gorillaz consists of Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, as well as four virual animated memberes – Murdoc, Noodle, 2D and Russel Hobbs.
Trump, himself, has been struggling to find musicians, virtual or otherwise, to perform at his inauguration on January 20.
A staggering number of artists have turned down offers to perform, or accepted and then pulled out after negative reactions from their fans.
Moby, Celine Dion, Elton John, Adam Lambert, Dixie Chicks, Charlotte Church and Rebecca Ferguson have all reportedly rejected the opportunity to appear.
