The 68-year-old rocker will be joined by The Mission and The Tubes for five arena performances in Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London in 2017.
The Mission’s Wayne Hussey said: “I remember during the summer of 1972 being on scout camp and hearing this new song on the radio that absolutely mesmerised me.
“School’s Out by Alice Cooper. Loved it, still do.”
Alice Cooper also announced his 2016 Presidential campaign earlier this year
He added: “Fast forward to 1987 and our first headline spot on the Friday night at Reading Festival. Headlining the Sunday was Alice Cooper.
“And now we’ve been invited by Alice to join him on his UK tour next November.”
Earlier this year Cooper, who has admitted he wants to die on stage, jokingly announced his simultaneous campaigns to become US President and British Prime Minister.
His policies included getting Brian Johnson back in AC/DC, renaming Big Ben as Big Lemmy and having Peter Sellers on the £20 note.
The star also expressed his dismay for selfies, saying he will ban them except for the designated National Selfie Day.
Cooper run on a platform of introducing cupholders on every airplane seat and banning talking during movies at the cinema.
