JUMP TO...
Embrace are one of the most iconic bands to break through in the 1990s, and they're keen to revisit where it all started this year.
Beginning in November, the British band will be venturing out on an enormous 13-date tour where they'll play their debut album, The Good Will Out, in full - as well as some of their greatest hits from the last 20 years.
When The Good Will Out hit store shelves in 1998 it became one of the fastest-selling debut albums from a British artist of all time. Certified gold on the day of release, it quickly hit number one in the UK Album Charts (and grabbed a platinum certification before the end of the year, as well).
Since then, the band have achieved three number-one albums, six top-ten singles, and sold more than two million records.
Speaking about the upcoming nostalgia tour, frontman Danny McNamara said: "I can’t believe it’s been 25 years since we released our debut album, but what’s even more amazing is that it still resonates with so many people after all this time. The Piece Hall show was one of the best gigs we’ve ever played, and one of the best nights of my life. It’s going to be amazing to take this show out on the road for the first time, we can’t wait."
