- Optimisations to skinned decal rendering
- Fixed issue with player becoming stuck in terminals
- Fixed issue where equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunions
- Fixed issue with ‘When Freedom Calls’ where the quest would not complete
- During ‘Confidence Man’ fixed issue where player’s health would continuously regenerate
- Fixed crash related to jumping into water and reloading saved games
A number of exploits have been removed from the game, including the container transfer glitch - which allowed players to reproduce items - and the infinite bottle caps glitch, although PC gamers can still use console commands to get round this.

The patch has made a number of changes to the game
However, it is reported that a number of major exploits in the Fallout 4 universe can still be taken advantage of.
The following are still apparently working in the Boston wastelands:
- Dogmeat Duplication
- Shipment Duplication
- Crafting Glitch
- Infinite Carry Capacity for Companions
- Settlement Size Glitch
- Invisibility Glitch
- Elevation Glitch
- Teleporting Glitch
- Wire Glitch
There are still a number of major exploits to take advantage of in Fallout 4
The PS4 has seen a performance boost following the update
It is also reckoned that the PlayStation 4 has seen a performance boost thanks to the update following complaints of gameplay inside the Corvega Assembly Plant.
The original version was registering just 20fps, but is now hitting a regular 30fps after various tweaks including shadow removal.
