Hitman beta: PS4 gets early release, Xbox One ignored by Square Enix
SQUARE ENIX have announced a beta for upcoming title Hitman.
A new Hitman game is set to come out next year
The game will be the sixth in the series and will serve as a prequel, with a release date scheduled for 11th March 2016 across all platforms.
And fans who pre-ordered the game will soon be able to get their hands on the beta, but only if they own a PlayStation 4 or PC.

Square Enix have announced a beta is set to launch early in 2016
PS4 gamers can try out the Hitman beta from 12th February, with PC users able to download it a week later on 19th February.
However, Xbox One owners will not get the chance to try the beta, with Square Enix ignoring the Microsoft console completely.

There will be six exclusive contracts available for PS4 gamers
It has also been announced that the PS4 version of Hitman will get six exclusive contracts which sees Agent 47 chase down a group of disgraced soldiers called ‘The Sarajevo Six’.
The contracts will be based in various locations around the world, with Square Enix explaining: “Each target was a private soldier guilty of committing brutal war crimes. Many years later, fate is finally catching up with them.”
