GTA 6 fans think they've spotted the map hidden in latest GTA Online Heist
Eagle-eyed GTA Online players have spotted a peculiar painting in the latest update, and they think it has something to do with the GTA 6 map.

GTA 6 is almost four months away, and we’re still nonethewiser as to what the new map is actually going to look like. Will it follow the series tradition of being an island surrounded by ocean, or will it have a land border with another state?
Whatever the answer, Rockstar Games appears to be keeping fans in the dark until the very last minute. However, some hyper-vigilant GTA fans think they might have spotted an early tease at the new map in GTA Online’s latest update, the Kortz Center Heist.
As posted on Reddit by user Individual_Type8874, some GTA Online players think that one of the paintings in the game is a subtle nod to what the map of Leonida will look like.
“Potential Leonida map teaser in GTAO painting?,” the post is titled, accompanied by a screenshot of the painting fans are suspicious about. It portrays a bunch of women in bikinis lounging around a green field.
However, there are strange splotches of blue weaving through the painting, which some fans are seeing as the ocean surrounding a central land mass.
What’s more, the title of the painting has a direct connection to GTA 6. It’s called ‘The Final Vice’, referencing the capital city of Leonida, Vice City.
A drawing from X user iAmJacklawless draws out where they think each of the major locations would be if this were to be the GTA 6 map, and plenty of fans think it checks out.
“I mean I kind of see it?,” writes one Reddit user. Another agrees, saying: “A lot of stupid crackpot theories on here, but this one is actually believable. This is the exact type of easter egg Rockstar would do.”
Meanwhile, a third comment reads: “I hate that I do actually see it lol. The shape of the painting is just odd to begin with, the subjects are positioned strangely.”
Other gamers are more skeptical. “Regardless of whether it's real or not, I salute the incredible amounts of copium laced with hopium people take to get so creative,” reads one comment.
We won’t know if this actually is an easter egg until the GTA 6 map is revealed for real. If it is, though, it’s a fantastic way for Rockstar to mess with its fans in the run-up to launch, especially as the conspiracy theories continue to get more and more wild by the week.
Do you think this painting in GTA Online is a reference to the GTA 6 map?
