PS Plus Extra, Premium June 2025 games, release date and titles leaving service

PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down to the release of the PS Plus Extra and Premium games for June 2025.

Consisting of various PS4 and PS5 games - not to mention one classic PS2 title - the next wave of PS Plus Extra and Premium games have a June 17 release date.

The PS Plus Extra line-up is headlined by brand new release FBC: Firebreak, which is a new first-person shooter set in the Control universe.

The game sees teams of up to three players work together to complete missions and defeat otherworldly forces.

Sony explains more: "Return to the strange and unexpected world of Control or venture in for the first time in this standalone, multiplayer experience.

"As a years-long siege on the agency’s headquarters reaches its boiling point, only Firebreak—the Bureau’s most versatile unit—has the gear and the guts to plunge into the building’s strangest crises, restore order, contain the chaos, and fight to reclaim control.

"Join forces with friends or strangers to tackle each job as a well-oiled crew. Survival in this three-player cooperative FPS hinges on quick thinking and seamless teamwork as you scramble to tame raging paranatural crises across a variety of unexpected locations."

In addition to FBC: Firebreak, PS Plus Extra subscribers will be able to play the likes of Battlefield 2042, Five Nights at Freddy's: Help wanted 2, The Hunter: Call of the Wild, We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie, Eiyduen Chronicles: Hundred Heroes, Train Sim World 5 and Endless Dungeon.

Disappointingly, only Deus Ex joins the PlayStation Plus Premium line-up on June 17.

Unfortunately, however, it's not all good news, because half a dozen games are leaving the service on June 17.

This means you only have hours left to play the likes of Monster Hunter Rise, Rogue Legacy 2, Avicii Invector and After Us.

PS Plus Extra will also lose roguelike deck-building game Inscryption, which is well worth playing if you haven't already.

Inscryption is described as an "inky black card-based odyssey that blends the deckbuilding roguelike, escape-room style puzzles, and psychological horror". into a blood-laced smoothie.

There's more bad news for PSVR 2 subscribers, as one of the most gorgeous virtual reality games leaves the PS Plus Premium line-up.

From June 17, Premium subscribers will no longer be able to play Kayak VR: Mirage.
