Halo Infinite: When does season 1 end? When does the season 2 battle pass launch?
HALO INFINITE is out now, with Master Chief back in action following a six year wait. The critically acclaimed Halo Infinite campaign launched this week, while the free-to-play multiplayer has been out for a while now. So how much longer do Xbox gamers have to play season 1 of the Halo Infinite multiplayer battle pass? And when does season 2 launch for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S consoles as well as PCs.
Halo Infinite has finally launched for Xbox Series X and S consoles, plus Xbox One and PCs. Fans have faced a long wait for the return of Master Chief and the iconic FPS series, which originally was pencilled in for a release last year but ended up getting delayed. And while fans have waited for six years since the launch of Halo 5 for the series to return, it's been well worth it - with Halo Infinite quickly jumping into contention for Game of the Year.
Fans have been enjoying the free-to-play multiplayer segment of Halo Infinite (which is a first of its kind release) since last month, and on Wednesday the campaign launched to rave reviews.
But if you're all about the multiplayer action, you may be too busy levelling up your character and unlocking the host of exclusive rewards available in the season 1 battle pass at the moment to even think about the single player content.
If you're in this boat, fret not - you have plenty of time to unlock all of the content available in the season 1 Heroes of Reach battle pass.
If you're wondering when will season 1 of Halo Infinite end, and season 2 begins, then this is what you need to know...
WHEN DOES HALO INFINITE SEASON 1 END? WHEN DOES SEASON 2 BEGIN?
Halo fans have plenty of time to unlock the content available in Halo Infinite season 1.
The first season of Halo Infinite runs for a generous amount of time, with it set to end in May 2022, which is when season 2 will also begin.
However, 343 Industries is yet to reveal an exact date for when the season 1 Battle Pass will end next May, and when season 2 will start.

But before you start booking time off work or cancelling plans with friends around then to make sure you have enough time to get all the season 1 content available, you don't need to.
That's because - refreshingly - 343 Industries is taking a different approach to seasons with Halo Infinite.
With other games such as Fortnite, when you buy a battle pass you'll only be able to unlock that season's content while it is running.
Instead, with Halo Infinite after season 2 launches the season 1 battle pass will still be available to players.
You can simply choose to continue unlocking content from the season 1 battle pass, or move onto the next one.
If you're thinking of picking up the Halo Infinite season 1 battle pass then it's priced at £8.99 in the UK.
