BT sends out fresh Xbox Series X codes: Queue opened to buy Microsoft console
BT has today sent out more codes for customers to buy an Xbox Series X from the retailer's website, with a queue opened to purchase Microsoft's powerful next-gen console.
Telecommunications giant BT is taking orders for the Xbox Series X once again today, with a fresh batch of codes sent out to customers who have registered an interest. A queue has opened for BT customers that have a valid code to purchase an Xbox Series X, and you can get in line by clicking here. Once you head to this page on the BT website you'll be greeted by a message which says: "You are now in the Xbox Series X queue.
"Due to the high demand of the Xbox, our site is a lot busier than usual so we've placed you in a temporary queue. If you've arrived here from your email and have a valid code you are ready, you'll soon be able to access the product page. If you've not currently got a code, check back in your email. When it's your turn, you'll have 10 minutes to enter the website. Please do not contact our call centres as they do not have access to Xbox stock and they are unable to answer any enquiries around the Xbox."
The release of more BT Xbox Series X codes was highlighted by the @UKPS5Notify Twitter account who posted: "BT are sending out emails with access codes to purchase a #XboxSeriesX to those who registered interest, check your inboxes!"
BT have a number of different Xbox Series X purchase options listed online.
The Series X plus an extra controller is available for £495 when the second controller is in the shock blue or carbon black colour schemes.
If you want the daystrike camo controller then that bundle will set you back £499.99.
Xbox reveal the upcoming Series X console
The other bundle BT has listed online is an Xbox Series X console and Razer Kishi accessory, which costs £509.98.
The Razer Kishi is an accessory that makes your smartphone into a gaming device reminiscent of the Switch.
Two controllers will be bolted on to either side of your smartphone, and this will let you play the cloud games included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on your device.
If you are looking to purchase one of the Xbox Series X bundles from BT then you'll have to wait up to 10 days for delivery due to high demand.
If you do manage to pick up an Xbox Series X with the latest BT restock then you're just in time for some of the biggest releases of the year.
The second half of this year is packed full of amazing releases heading to Xbox Game Pass on day one.
Hot on the heels of the release of Microsoft Flight Simulator, Psychonauts 2 and Aragami 2, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will - in the coming months - be able to play Back 4 Blood (a spiritual successor to Left 4 Dead), Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite.
Xbox Game Pass is a subscription based service which gives access to hundreds of games all for a monthly price.
Microsoft first-party games head to Game Pass on day one, which means XGP offers incredible value for money. Other upcoming titles for the service include Starfield from Skyrim makers Bethesda and Arkane Studios' Redfall.
