Nintendo Direct September 2018 stream date CONFIRMED: Here's when Switch games reveal is
NINTENDO Switch fans have found out when the Nintendo Direct for September 2018 will be.
Nintendo Switch gamers will be finding out about a host of new games during an upcoming Nintendo Direct.
The Nintendo Direct for September 2018 was scheduled to take place last week but got delayed due to the sudden earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan.
But now the House of Mario have confirmed that the Nintendo Direct will be taking place on either September 13 or 14 - depending on your time zone.
The official Nintendo UK Twitter account posted: “The #NintendoDirect presentation originally planned for last week has been rescheduled.
“Tune in at 23:00 (UK time) on 13/09 for info about upcoming #NintendoSwitch and #3DS titles!
“It'll last approximately 35 minutes.”
The Nintendo Direct will also reveal more on the upcoming Nintendo Switch Online service.
Today Nintendo social channels announced that the Direct will reveal more about the service in the upcoming stream.
They also said that the Nintendo Switch Online paid service will launch on September 19.
The official Nintendo UK Twitter posted: “The #NintendoSwitchOnline paid membership service will start on 19/09.
“You can sign-up for a 7-day free trial from Nintendo #eShop at launch! We will introduce more information during the #NintendoDirect on 13/09.“
The Nintendo Direct last week was delayed after an earthquake that measured 6.7 on the richter scale killed at least 44 people in Japan.
While thousands hit by the devastation have been forced to live in shelters.
The Hokkaido earthquake came days after Typhoon Jebi, the most powerful storm in 25 years to hit Japan, killed at least 11 people.
Our thoughts are with those affected by the recent natural disasters to hit Japan.
The Japanese Red Cross previously took donations to help people affected by the floods and landslides that hit the country in July.
However, in a post online they revealed they currently are not seeking donations to help with the relief efforts.

Since the Nintendo Direct was delayed a number of titles that possibly could have been revealed during it have been announced.
These titles include the first Final Fantasy games for the Switch - Final Fantasy 15 Pocket Edition HD and Crystal Chronicles Remastered.
Elsewhere Nintendo also recently announced new Pokemon Let’s Go Switch bundles, with a special edition console, dock and pair of Joy Cons.
This also possibly could have been revealed during the Nintendo Direct that was meant to be held last week.

Ahead of the rescheduled Direct taking place industry enthusiast Stealth took to Twitter.
And from the sounds of it Nintendo Switch fans look to be in store for a memorable Direct.
Stealth said: “Nintendo Direct was rescheduled for later this week.
“Won't be long before its officially re-announced. Can't say more than that.
“Even though we know some of the games, a lot of it is still not really public, so I am still really excited for it.”
