And as Joker Folie à Deux releases this weekend, we look at the best feature-length face-offs between the Caped Crusader and the Clown Prince of Crime. Movie fans have ranked the Top 10 Joker Batman movies on IMDb, in which the most famous comic book villain of all time plays a significant role. Incredibly, Joker 2 didn’t make this list, nor did Jared Leto or Cesar Romero’s incarnations.
10. Batman: The Long Halloween Part 1 and 2 (2021)
Based on the epic graphic novel, this animated two-part adaptation is set during Batman’s early days as he seeks to uncover the true identity of a murderer known as Holiday, who kills once a month on a holiday. Troy Baker’s Joker also wants Holiday caught as he sees them as competition in Gotham’s crime scene.

9. The Lego Batman Movie (2017)
In this tongue-in-cheek adventure, Zach Galifianakis’ Joker is desperate for Batman’s attention. To prove he is the greatest of Gotham’s rogues gallery, he plans to destroy the city with the help of villains from other Warner Bros franchise universes: Lord Voldemort, Sauron and King Kong.

8. Batman: Assault on Arkham (2014)
Based on the Batman: Arkham video games, this story focuses on the Suicide Squad, who are sent to break into Arkham Asylum to reclaim information stolen by the Riddler. Troy Baker’s Joker is incarcerated with his relationship with Harley Quinn being the main subplot, before he breaks out and causes havoc in Gotham.

7. Batman (1989)
Tim Burton’s first Batman movie with Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne co-starred Jack Nicholson’s Joker, which became one of Oscar winner’s most iconic roles of all time. He starts out as Gotham gangster Jack Napier, who killed Thomas and Martha Wayne, before falling into a vast of chemicals and becoming the Clown Prince of Crime.
