Christmas movies: NEW poll reveals UK’s favourite BUT you won’t BELIEVE the nation's worst
CHRISTMAS movies have been ranked by UK fans in a new poll. How did Die Hard, Home Alone, Elf and The Muppet Christmas Carol do?

It’s that time of year again, but which Christmas movie is your favourite? VoucherCodes.co.uk have polled 2000 people across the UK to find out what the nation’s favourite and least favourite is. Home Alone, which recently saw Macaulay Culkin reenact its booby trap montage, was voted the best Christmas movie with 24% of the vote, while Elf just followed at 22%. Surprisingly the nation’s least favourite Christmas movie also featured in the Top 10 favourites above.
Clearly, The Muppet Christmas Carol, is a divisive watch for Brits, with 21% of the vote in its disfavour.
The Michael Caine-led film was closely followed by Scrooged at 13%, The Nightmare Before Christmas on 12%.
Ever so slightly behind that was Jack Frost on 12% too, while The Holiday came fifth on 10%.
As for Britain’s preferred film series to watch over Christmas, Harry Potter came out on top. Here’s the rest of that Top 10.
