Rules made to be broken
EACH of us breaks 260 rules a year whether it’s nicking stationery from the office or pocketing change when we are given the wrong amount.
And no doubt each of us will believe that the rules we break do not deserve observing.
But as for those who have dropped a cigarette end or put their feet on a train seat (other common misdemeanours), well, they are anti-social menaces.
