The presenter got engaged to The Apprentice contestant earlier this year, after two months of dating.
But Caroline admitted she has no idea where to even begin to organise a wedding.
The Love Island host said she’d hope someone would get in touch to help her - but no one has.
Talking about their wedding plans, Caroline spilled to OK! Magazine: “We haven’t decided anything. I don’t know how to organise a wedding.
“I was hoping I’d get engaged and someone would call me up and say: ‘I heard you’re getting married, do you want me to organise it for you’? But no one has!”
With no concrete plans, the 38-year-old said she could tie the knot in the Love Island vila.
Caroline joked: “I might get married in the villa…”
Talking about her role on the show, the presenter said she won’t be based in Majorca, where it’s filmed.
She said: “No, I have to go home to do [the spin-off show] Aftersun.
“My role is the same as last time, but I never know when I’m going to be needed.
“If there’s lots of stuff going on and they need me to shake it up, then I’ll get the call. I want it to have an impact each time.”
On the show, Caroline looked sensational as she opted to wear a plunging yellow playsuit.
The low-cut number highlighted Caroline’s smoking hot figure as she welcomed the new contestants.
The star also showed off her dazzling engagement ring to the women.
EastEnders actor Danny Dyer’s daughter Dani was seen heading into the villa in tonight’s episode.
The barmaid looked incredible in a white bikini which showed off her toned figure.
Before going in, Dani said her dad, Danny, “wasn’t ecstatic” about her featuring in the show.
But she was positive she was going to find the one for her.
“Hopefully I do find the love of my live,” she spilled.
Love Island returns tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
