The BBC presenter, who triumphed in the 2016 series of Strictly Come Dancing, was pictured posing on the red carpet at the London press night for Chicago: The Musical.
The 32-year-old was minus his spouse of three years and instead was joined by her doppelgänger mother Sophie.
The duo looked to be having a great time as they arrived at the Phoenix Theatre, chatting and laughing away.
Ore cut a dapper figure in an eye-catching navy suit, which came complete with a large check and was worn with a plain black T-shirt.
His companion also looked very chic in a patterned pair of khaki trousers and a low-cut blouse.

Sophie teamed her two-piece with a studded belt, a delicate necklace, heeled boots and a classic blazer.
There was no sign of Portia at the show, who was seemingly looking after the couple’s baby son Roman.
But, she was seen at a pre-theatre dinner with the TV star and his plus one, while cradling their sleepy little boy.
Ore later took to Instagram to share snaps of his outing while gushing about his mother-in-law.
“When your wife suggests you take her MUM to the theatre and you have the best night!” he stated.

The BBC Breakfast regular went on: “@chicagoonstage is SO good, so much fun… Big thumbs up from both of us! Fair to say, got the best mum-in-law in land too #notanad #chicago #musical #theatre #pressnight.”
Ore was soon inundated with comments about how much Sophie and her daughter looked alike, with one user replying: “Your mum-in-law is so pretty, thought it was your wife.”
A second agreed: “Well you certainly can see she is your wife's mother #beautifullady #chicago #motherinlaw #datenight.”
Two others posted: “Your Ma in law looks so like Portia @oreodubaofficial,” and: “Oh my goodness @portiajett you so look like your mum! #twins #gorgeousladies.”
“At first scroll I thought it was a throwback picture of @portiajett - had to double take! Both ladies are naturally beautiful,” another user wrote.

The Chicago launch was also attended by presenter Anna Williamson, John Barrowman and Martin Kemp.
Cuba Gooding Jr. dazzled in the first show as he made his debut as Billy Flynn, played in the 2002 movie by Richard Gere.
Meanwhile, it comes after This Morning viewers demanded a permanent role for Ore and Davina McCall.
They stepped in to replace Friday’s regular hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes due to half-term earlier this year.
“#ThisMorning can Davina and Ore replace Eamonn and Ruth permanently? No bickering, no arguing, no talking over each other. Proper presenters,” one viewer shared.
