The actress, who has played Rana Habeeb in Coronation Street since 2016, gave her Instagram users a behind-the-scenes look as she shot scenes for the ITV soap.
The 33-year-old looked to be back to her best after being hospitalised following a case of gastroenteritis.
Sharing two selfies with her 57,000 followers, Bhavna beamed at the camera as she posed with Beverley Callard and Louiza Patikas.
In a full Rana ensemble, the soap beauty wore a grey blazer while her companion, 60, who plays Liz McDonald, stood out in a red jacket, a black top and statement earrings.

“Great to be back with my Medical Centre family @BeverleyCallard #LouizaPatikas [heart],” Bhavna commented.
The stunner continued: “We take our scenes VERY seriously. #Rana #Liz #Moira @itvcorrie #corrie.”
Bhavna then shared a goofy upload of the trio mucking around in Weatherfield in between scenes.
Sticking her tongue out, the stunner frowned at something out of shot as Beverley pouted at her co-star.

Louiza - who has been starring as Moira Pollock since last year - pulled a strange expression while a crew member was covered with a heart emoji.
Meanwhile, Bhavna took to the picture-sharing app last week to thank people for support after her bout of sickness.
She said she had been recovering at Tameside Hospital and explained she was “on the mend” after a case of gastroenteritis and excess of acid in the gut.
Posting a photo of herself in a hospital bed, Bhavna admitted she felt “very lucky" to have had the NHS looking after her.
