The actor, who plays EastEnders’ Mick Carter, has already voiced his concerns about the 21-year-old’s decision to appear but her place in the show could reportedly already be under threat.
The 40-year-old’s eldest child fell during one of the opening challenges of the ITV2 series based in South Africa and hurt her arm.
According to The Sun, Dani’s place in the programme is in jeopardy following her “bad injury”.
The brunette beauty was competing in an obstacle course in scenes that are set to air tonight, before being hospitalised.

Oh my god what a trooper… Dani Dyer carried on going!
Dani and Callum Pardoe were tasked with sliding down into a pool of water, before crawling to some under-and-over hurdles followed by a see saw that they needed to walk across.
The challenge was stopped when the star did something to her arm and was seen immediately by show medics.
She was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure and, as a result, Callum and Dani’s round was void.
After the task, the girls discussed the events, with her co-star Georgia Cole commenting: “Dani went down the slide and I think she hurt her arm when she landed.”

Her companion replied: “At the end when she knew that was it, she even said, ‘I’m sorry girls, I’m sorry.’”
The contestants raised a glass to Dani in the garden before David Lundy and Georgie received a message on their watches revealing their teams’ time.
It come just days after Danny gave his daughter some last words of warning before she jetted off to film the show - tipped to be the new Love Island.

Dani admitted the Albert Square favourite won’t be pleased if she has sex on TV or even kisses anyone.
She told Daily Mirror: “Oh my god, I would never have sex on telly.
“He has already given me a warning to behave. I was like, ‘I will’. He is massively protective. I haven’t had many boyfriends so he has had it quite easy until now.”
