The 46-year-old Strictly Come Dancing It Takes Two presenter looked happy as she stepped out for a date night with Michael in Soho, London last night.
Zoe wrapped up warm against the freezing weather in a chic checked coat and opted for a casual cool look with a black skirt and top, pairing it with stiletto ankle boots.
The pair walked close together as they chatted away animatedly.
The BBC Radio 2 host said to be having her first romance since Billy, 40, passed away in May, according to The Sun.

Billy was found dead at his home in Putney after Zoe raised the alarm to a friend when she couldn't contact him.
She had been dating the cameraman since her split from husband Norman Cook, Fatboy Slim, last September.
Since his death, Zoe has been open about her grief with her fans on social media.
She recently posted a heartbreaking tribute to Billy on Instagram marking six months since his passing.

Sharing a sweet snap of them together with her 141,000 followers, the star wrote: "Six months today @billwahweewoo no time at all, yet so so long to be without you and your wondrous ways, your love, your gorgeous monkey face, your voice, your laughter, your daftness, our glorious commentary on the world's shenanigans, your mess, your big bear, hugs and your dancing feets.
"You are so missed monkey," she continued. "At times it's impossible to comprehend what has happened.
"But you are at peace, and we can take comfort from that. And we all get a little bit stronger every day."
Zoe also thanked her fans for their support in the months since Billy's untimely death.
