The 51-year-old Great British Bake Off judge announced his separation from Alex after 20 years of marriage at the beginning of the week.
Now, reports have emerged that Paul has struck up a bond with bartender Summer Monteys-Fullam, who works at a pub near his £1.4 million mansion.
A source claimed: "Paul and Summer have struck up a close friendship — the age gap between them doesn’t seem to be a problem."
The insider revealed to The Sun in an article headlined "Paul Hollywood, 51, had a secret date with barmaid, 22, at posh London hotel", that Summer is "very mature for her age" and said that she thinks there could be romance on the horizon with the famous baker.

“She has told friends that she believes that they could, in the future, become a couple,” the source added.
Paul and Summer are said to have met when he threw his wife Alex, 53, a birthday bash at the Duke William pub where she works.
"After the party, Paul kept popping into the pub," the source told the publication. "But he only seemed to come in when Summer was working.

Paul and Alex, who are parents to 16-year-old son Josh, confirmed their split in a joint statement on Monday, saying: "It is with sadness that we have decided to separate.
"Our focus continues to be the happiness of our son, and we would ask he press and public to allow us privacy as a family during this very difficult time."
