The This Morning presenter, 57, gave her 390,000 Instagram followers a sneak peek at the training tip she has up her sleeve when she took to social media to share a cheeky clip earlier today.
Ruth Langsford demonstrated her dedication to perfecting this week's routine, captioning the upload: "Even in the bath I'm still quick stepping!"
Her feet could be seen tapping away, adorned with a glamorous red pedicure, as she relaxed in a luxurious, bubble-filled tub.

Ruth has been training hard to impress the Strictly judges
It appears that the gruelling schedule of practicing day in and day out has been taking its toll on the ITV favourite, as she added the hashtag "sore feet" to her cheerful caption.
Her fans were quick to praise her commitment to Strictly Come Dancing, with one commenting: "You are keen."
"That's dedication," another exclaimed. "You enjoy that bubble bath, Ruth. I'm sure it's better than an ice bath, that's for sure. I hope there's a nice G&T in there with you too."
"Keep dancing," a third Strictly fan quipped.
Ruth failed to wow the judges with her energetic Samba last weekend
Ruth will be hoping to win over the judges with her Quickstep on Saturday to the soundtrack of the Bewitched theme tune.
Her Samba last week failed to impress, gaining just 16 points from the judges, although her energy and party vibes delighted both the BBC panel and viewers at home.
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.35pm on BBC One.
