Carol McGiffin BLASTS Loose Women in BITTER tirade: 'Why would I even be asked?!'
CAROL MCGIFFIN launched a furious tirade against her former colleagues on Twitter amid the Loose Women 18th birthday celebrations.

The 57-year-old broadcaster laid into the ITV show after seeming to be a little left out of the throwbacks amid the week's merriment.
Carol, who quit the show back in 2013, told a fan on Twitter that she hadn't been invited back to join the Loose Women to mark the milestone.
After the social media user queried whether or not she would be making an appearance, Carol replied: "I only did 13 years and over 1,000 shows, why would I even be asked???!!!"
Another fan commented that she appeared to be relatively absent from the archive footage which has been unearthed on the show over the course of the week.

She also said she wasn't bothered about being 'airbrushed' out of the Loose Women history
Loose Women tweeted a throwback picture with Carol in
"You're not the only one who noticed," she responded. "It's not like they didn't have a lot of material to choose from! #1,174shows.
"I don't mind being more or less airbrushed from LW history," she added, before spotting a throwback picture tweeted from the Loose Women account which showed her alongside some of her fellow panellists.
"Soooo many incredible women on the show over the past 18 years. Don't miss the show tomorrow to celebrate!," the tweet read.

However, Carol certainly had something to say to the post, commenting: "Phew! So I was there… It wasn't a dream?
"Yeah, don't miss the show because soooo many of those 'incredible' women won't be on it!" she continued.
Although she told one fan that she did, in fact, find the situation "quite funny", Carol's fuming series of tweets attracted plenty of attention on the micro-blogging site.
