Rhian explained: "As I've got older and I'm 30 now, I'm thinking it might be time to put the bra back on and give all that up.
"11 years in is quite a long time. [The industry] is completely different to when I first started.
"I guess [my] body confidence [has] improved, but now I'm getting older, as any woman would, I start noticing things…[I'm] getting on a bit."
The beauty - who regularly shares sizzling snaps on Instagram - went on to discuss the pressures of social media, saying that she makes an effort to post make–up free selfies to show her 207,000 followers that she's not perfect.
She revealed: "It must make people so insecure because they look at all these celebrities and think, 'Oh my god they're so flawless'.
"I am not flawless and I'm happy to say that I'm not! I'm not ashamed of how I look, there's nothing I can do about it."
