Melanie and Yioda Panayiotou are believed to be joining the crowd at the star-studded event, which will mark the first time they have been seen since his death on Christmas Day.
While the Wham! singer’s siblings will be amongst those remembering him, it is alleged that his boyfriend Fadi Fawaz was not invited.
It is thought that BRIT bosses have planned an emotional tribute to the legendary star, which Melanie and Yioda will be on hand to see.
“It’s fitting that George will be remember in some way tonight,” a source told The Sun.

The tribute will come after Adele performed his single Fastlove at the Grammy Awards earlier this month.
She took to the stage to sing the 1996 hit but stopped before she’d got half-way through and begged producers to let her start again.
Speaking about the performance, she said: “I was devastated by that. My rehearsals were great, I has a bit of a shaky rehearsal on the day and I've been working really hard on this tribute for a month, literally every day."

The mother-of-one later told OK! magazine that she was so shocked by the news of George’s death that she had to go for a walk alone.
Later she decided that she wanted to pay tribute to the star and asked his family for permission, and they only agreed if she sang.
“They came back and were very specific that it be me and I was like: 'Great. I've got something in the pipeline, if you want me to do it, I'll do it!’” she explained.
The BRIT Awards will be broadcast on ITV tonight at 7.30pm.
