The Sky News presenter said that she thought about taking her own life in 2012 as she battled with depression.
Fortunately, her mum Glynis intervened and stopped her from doing anything she might regret before it was too late.
Speaking about her suicidal thoughts, the former Apprentice winner revealed: "I had made the decision to end my own life. I thought of scenarios of how I might end it.
"I even thought about what would have to happen to everything I owned after I died. I didn't want to go on."

I just knew I wanted to end my own life
Michelle told The Sun on Sunday: "I was desperately unhappy. I just knew I wanted to end my own life.
"It got to the point when I thought, 'I can't carry on like this'. I knew it was not right. I thought I was a burden, I was in deep pain.
"I was desperate. The thought of ending my life was constant for months."
She went on to reveal that it was her "mum's intervention" that saved her life after she travelled to Hull and told her she wanted to die.

The Sky News presenter has kept herself busy with charity work
"She was my rock, my guardian angel," the 37-year-old explained. "It was a talk with her that made me realise that I had depression. I was very lucky."
Following her heart-to-heart with her mother, she asked medics to voluntarily section her and she went on to spend weeks attending doctors appointments and was prescribed antidepressants.
Michelle has also been busy with her charity work and mentors people with depression with The Prince's Trust and Comic Relief.
