Theresa May follows Kim Kardashian's lead as she lands American Vogue shoot
THERESA MAY is set to follow in the footsteps of reality star Kim Kardashian with her landing a shoot in American Vogue.
Six months of Theresa May as Prime Minister
The British Prime Minister will reportedly feature in the April issue of the prestigious publication, which hits newsstands in March.
The 60-year-old is believed to have been shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz at her country retreat Chequers, in Buckinghamshire.
According to The Guardian, the secret shoot was set up by Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, who recently featured First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama in the fashion magazine.
British Vogue has also been know to report on notable women in its pages, including Britain's first female Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and most recently, the Duchess of Cambridge.

Since taking over the role of Prime Minister from David Cameron last year, Theresa has been lauded for her fashion choices.
Her clothing has become the subject of conversation and she is now known for her bold colour-blocking, leopard print kitten heels and chic coats.
Late last year however, the Conservative Party leader came under fire when she sported a pair of leather trousers, which cost £995, in a Sunday Times profile.
But fashion designer Amanda Wakeley, who has worked with Theresa on many occasions and produced those trousers, told The Telegraph: "It's wonderful that she embraces fashion. I love that.

"But she's also very conscious about not letting fashion overtake her. The most important thing is the job she's doing.
"Her wardrobe should embrace and support that - it should make her feel great in her skin, and confident in her ability to go out and speak as brilliantly as she does, and with the amazing presence that she has."
